What equipment will I need for my program?

The equipment you will need depends on you individual goals. We craft each of our programs to work harmoniously with your life. So whether you have full gym access, an at home gym, or no equipment at all. We will design a workout strategy with what you have available, ensuring you can achieve your goals no matter your situation.

What's better, online coaching or in-person training?

In person trainers can be great to give you a push through your workouts. However they often avoid teaching you how to train on your own because they need are reliant on you booking more sessions. Training is only 20% of whats needed to yield progress, great personal trainers are fully booked out which means they are only focusing on you for that 1 hour session. Which means the other 80% you are left on your own. Within our program we are all about teaching you the how and why of what you are doing so you can eventually take the reins and do this for yourself. Our coaching is designed to look at the whole picture to achieve progress in the most efficient way possible. Internal health, training, nutrition, supplementation, and the education behind it all so you can be truly be set up for success long term.

Do you offer programs for plant based clients?

Yes! Each of our program are customized exactly for you. So no matter your dietary choices we will craft an efficient strategy that aligns with your lifestyle and health goals. We have extensive backgrounds working with vegans, vegetarians, and even pescatarians so you will be in good hands.

Do you offer hormone & health optimization support?

This is the "bread and butter" of Ascension Fitness. We pride ourselves on are in depth knowledge around hormones, health markers, and understanding how to truly optimize health and increase longevity. The foundation to a successful, life lasting transformation is ensuring we are optimized internally so that we can transform externally.
